Elmstead Market, Colchester, Essex
As the result of a major building extension project, the brief was to transform this large garden area into a modern style that incorporated a large existing pond. Several large trees had already been removed and privacy from overlooking properties was required. A decked private sitting area and covered pergola was also required.
