The property, part of an exquisite collection of 22 traditional-style new homes set on the edge of Essex’s magnificent Constable Country provided the opportunity to create a large contemporary garden space fit for the whole family. The brief was to include a modern entertaining space complete with outdoor kitchen and dining area, large seating space with fire table and a hot tub with sun bathing area. Other separate designed areas required a large outdoor garden room, formal lawn with contemporary borders, multiple seating areas, children’s play area, vegetable garden and orchard. A large swimming pool completed the Masterplan.
